    Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
    In case you are unable to locate your order confirmation, kindly check your spam folder. Generally, the confirmation email is sent within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you have already received the order confirmation but not the shipping confirmation, there's a high probability that the order has not been shipped yet, It may also have been shipped during the day but the tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent to you later in the afternoon.     Where is my order?
    Is it shipped yet? We usually fulfill and ship your order within 1-2 business days if the full order is in stock. Following dispatch of the package, tracking information is communicated to all customers via email, based on the contact details provided during the order placement process. If you have not received the relevant email, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Why is my order delayed? If you are having any kind of issues with your delivery, we advise you to contact DHL directly for quick support.

    My Delivery attempt failed, what can I do?
    In case of a failed delivery attempt, the package may sometimes be redirected to the nearest service point. We kindly request that you contact your local postal carrier to determine the location for pick-up. Additionally, we recommend searching for your package using your local post carrier's website or a universal tracking site to obtain any further information that may not be available via the tracking link provided by us.
